Monica is a third year law student at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, attending classes evenings and weekends in Minneapolis Minnesota. During the day, she is a Senior Accessibility Specialist at Thomson Reuters, working on the Legal team. Raised in Vancouver, Monica enjoys travel and getting to know people from all walks of life. She is pursuing a career in corporate diversity and inclusion. Diversity and inclusion is not just a catchphrase; diversity is the secret sauce that makes people and organizations flourish. Moreover, lacking inclusivity, diversity cannot take hold. Monica currently serves as Chair of the NABS Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
