Background

As the formal student division of the National Federation of the Blind, NABS is thrilled to welcome hundreds of blind students to the NFB’s National Convention each year, which stands as the largest gathering of blind people in the world. The conference historically takes place over the summer and is the premier event for training, support, and information for the entire blind community. It also serves as the backdrop for some of the most exciting and important programming that NABS hosts.

NABS Annual Business Meeting

Per our constitution, the NABS Annual Business Meeting is held in conjunction with NFB’s National Convention to carry out official work of the organization, including reports and elections. However, over the years, it has evolved into a dynamic, innovative, and fun meeting that inspires and equips students for their upcoming school year. We hope that any blind student or ally will join us for an empowering experience unlike any other. More information coming soon.
